As of August 1, 2002, Midway Airlines will no longer have personnel at the airports and all airport locations will be closed.
Customers with Midway Airline tickets will be re-accommodated on alternate flights offered by US Airways within 7 days of the original ticketed date of travel, subject to space and class availability.
Instructions for Re-Accommodation on US Airways
Customers traveling with an electronic ticket will be required to have the electronic ticket converted to a paper ticket at the Midway Airlines ticket counter. Paper tickets may be obtained:

through an email request along with mailing address and confirmation number to reaccommodate@midwayair.com. Please allow a minimum of 10 days for paper tickets to be mailed

through regular mail. Send request along with mailing address and confirmation number to Midway Airlines, Attention: Reservations, 5151 McCrimmon Parkway, Suite 208, Morrisville, NC 25760. Please allow a minimum of 15 days for paper tickets to be mailed

through your travel agent, if travel was booked through your travel agent
Once a paper ticket is issued, customers may proceed to the US Airways ticket counter or call US Airways at 1-800-510-0098 for re-accommodation.
Once re-accommodated, all US Airways policies, fees and restrictions apply.
